Valid HTML code in search engine optimisation ? I was asking my self the same question good few years a ago whether is it important to have valid HTML on search engine optimisation ? well in the early days like many others I thought if I follow usual guidelines of SEO a site can get greater rankings despite of it having a valid HTML or not.

Many webmasters and lot of newcomers overlook the Importance of valid HTML tagging and keep performing the usual tasks for search engine optimisation and get frustrated why the web sites are not visible in search engines. Well one of the main reasons can be incorrect HTML.

Importance of correct HTML

Most web pages are written in HTML.

Search engines have to parse the HTML code of your web site to find the relevant content. They only can index your web site if it is compliant to the HTML standard. If there's a mistake in your web page code, it might stop crawling your web site and it might lose what they've collected so far because of the error.
Although most major search engines can deal with minor errors in HTML code, a single missing bracket in your HTML code can be the reason your web page cannot be found in search engines.

One Creations Get a New Face Lift

Past couple of month's handwork finally paid off ! First of all a very big thank you to the team who very worked hard towards getting the site ready on time.

I think looking back on what we have achieved over the past couple of years, we should be really proud of our self’s. There are couple of mains reasons why we should do so , if I note them out very briefly we now not only understand the importance of a search engine friendly website but also the importance of it’s been compliance with the w3c standards both for HTML and CSS coding.

One Creations new look website is a perfect example for this. The website is clean and its written according to w3c guidelines also other important factor is , it’s written without using a single table tag. Now you must we wondering why is that; well there are two main reasons;

1) Its gives more accessibility for search engines to browse through the actual contents of the site.

2) By using a table less structure it eases off lot of common HTML code errors in getting it W3C compatible.
